Most attendees will arive Sunday afternoon, Sept. 18th and leave early Wednesday morning, the 21st.   There will be social events each evening on the 18th, 19th & 20th and two full-day sessions on the 19th & 20th.

There are two host hotels which are next to each other:  Hyatt House & Hyatt Place


The discounted rate at the Hyatt House & Hyatt Place is sold out.  As of 8/19 there are still rooms available there at the rack rate of $299.  There are also rooms available at the Hampton Inn for $169 and the Embassy Suites for $239.  These last two hotels are a short five block walk.  We found these rates on kayak.com, but you can search with any agregator.

Cancellation Policy - We expect to sell out our 400 person capacity.  If we do sell out and you need to cancel, contact Jasmin Abrol and she will share our waiting list and you can sell your registration to whomever you want on that list.  If we don't sell out, then you will receive a full refund by Sept. 1st, 2016.  Refunds after that date are dependent on how much we had to pay vendors/hotel for your spot and will be determined on a case by case basis.  Hotel cancellations are handled by Hyatt.
